1. Licensing

All Britetechs WordPress themes and plugins are released under the GPL License (GNU General Public License).

• License Duration – Licenses are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

• License Key Requirement – A valid license key is required to receive automatic updates and product support.

• Post-License Expiration – After your license expires, the product will continue to function, but you will no longer receive updates or technical support.

• License Renewal – Renew your license at a 50% discount on the current price.

• Restrictions – License holders cannot resell, distribute, or share their license keys.
  Transfer of a license is only possible via official request to Britetechs.

• Client Use – Licenses can be used for client websites only if the license holder maintains an ongoing consultant relationship with the client. Providing Britetechs as a hosting service or reseller solution is not permitted.

2. Automatic Updates

• Personal License – Updates for 1 site

• Business License – Updates for up to 5 sites

• Developer License – Updates for unlimited websites (yours or your clients’)

• Automatic updates are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
  Renewal is required for continued updates and support.

3. Support Policy

• Support is available only to active license holders.

• We offer theme and plugin support only for Britetechs products — not for WordPress core, third-party themes, or plugins.

• Support is provided via our documentation and support ticket system.

• Access to support expires after 1 year unless the license is renewed.

• Support Restrictions – You may not republish our documentation or support content on external platforms. Violation may lead to license termination.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following terms:

• Requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.

• Before requesting a refund, you must allow us to help resolve your issue via a support ticket.

• Refunds are not granted if:

  • You simply decide not to use the product.

  • You purchased the product by mistake.

  • More than 15 days have passed since purchase.
