You need to two pages for setup your home page and blog page from your admin dashboard.

Please following below steps for creating pages.

Home Page Setup

1. Dashboard >> Pages.
2. Then click Add New button.
3. Enter your Page Title Home.
4. Go to the right side page block.
5. Click on Page attributes.
6. Then choose custom template for Home page or Frontpage.
7. Publish the page.
8. Then go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading.
9. Change homepage displays a select static page option to choose.
10. Home page option select Home.

Blog Page Setup

1. Dashboard >> Pages.
2. Then click Add New button.
3. Enter your Page Title Blog.
4. Go to the right side page block.
5. Click Page attributes.
6. Then choose a custom template for Blog pages as you like.
7. Publish the page.
8. Then go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading.
9. Change homepage displays a select static page option to choose.
10. Post page option select Blog.
